Uses: Drizzle over grilled or roasted vegetables such as asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, pastas, risotto, fresh fruits and berries. Use it to make lemon olive oil cake or cookies. Sauté shrimp and scallops.  Add to dressings, vinaigrettes, sauces & dips.
