The bright, sweet-tart flavor of raspberries and tangy notes of balsamic compliment many sweet and savory dishes.

Uses: Drizzle on vanilla ice cream and cheesecake, grilled or roasted fruits, veggies and meats. Glaze for roasted vegetables like asparagus or zucchini.  Great in dipping sauces and dressings.
