Reserve White Balsamic Vinegar 6.7 fl oz (200 mL)

Sinful Reserve White Balsamic Vinegar is made from selected Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes.  High percentage grape must (cooked and concentrated) and aged vinegar undergo a slow and long maturation in oak barrels.  The final product is a dense, sweet and sour taste with a fruit fragrance.

Uses: Drizzle on fresh fruit, grilled or roasted veggies and meats, cooked grains, vanilla ice cream and sorbet. Marinade meats and veggies.  Add to dipping sauces and vinaigrettes.

Acidity: 4%
